Housed in a 120-year-old building, we designed an open space plan and a pod seating structure to promote cross-team communication, impromptu meetings, and flexible work settings. Social gathering spaces were designed throughout each floor as well as breakout rooms, open scrum areas, game areas, conference rooms and small meeting rooms for quick and efficient meetings. The goal in mind when creating the design for this building was to make a workspace that reflected the Go Health spirit and a place that would be attractive for employees.
