Single tenant from the ground up construction flagship building designed for a healthy and inspirational workplace. Strategies focused on using healthy materials, maximizing daylighting and views, and indoor air quality control. Occupant’s comfort was highlighted by utilizing highly effective acoustical materials and 2 atrium’s that cut both sides of the building, allowing natural light to filter into the core and simplified connection between floors. The building’s surroundings were planted with native vegetation that help maintain a visual connection to its natural surroundings and the stand-alone parking garage was outfitted with EV chargers and carpooling preferred parking spots. State-of-the art commercial kitchen was designed to service over 1,500 people a day.
